Spectacular Sydney
16 – 19 March 2010

Famous for its golden beaches, spectacular architecture and magnificent harbour, Sydney is the birthplace of the Australian nation. Its natural harbour is unsurpassed in beauty, framed by the iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Explore the city including a visit to world renowned Bondi Beach and see all the beauty of the city on a harbour cruise.

Post Tour A
Reef and Rainforest

North of Cairns discover one of the most beautiful regions of Australia. Here, at the meeting point of an ancient rainforest and the Earth’s largest living coral structure, slow to a unique rhythm found only in Tropical North Queensland. Based in the exclusive village of Palm Cove, highlights include swimming and snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef and discovering the beauty of the World Heritage listed Daintree rainforest.

Post Tour B
New Zealand Spectacular South Island

New Zealand’s South Island boasts magnificent Alpine scenery, rich history, thrilling adventures, superb cuisine and charming towns and villages. Come and breathe the fresh South Island air and explore this magical region of New Zealand. A highlight of the tour is a day trip to cruise on Milford Sound, with return flights from Queenstown over the Southern Alps.

Post Tour C
Great Ocean Road

The Great Ocean Road is one of the world's great drives, a dramatic, powerful, dangerous and majestic coastline, also know as the Ship Wreck Coast. Travel through the Otway National Park, to the rugged beauty of the Twelve Apostle National Park and the Twelve Apostles themselves.

These tours, designed by arinex Destination Management (license No. 2TA001144), are for participating delegates and accompanying persons of the WCIM 2010 Melbourne.
Bookings and Final Details
Reservations should reach arinex Destination Management no later than 1 February 2010 and full payment is required at that time. No space on tours will be reserved without payment.
Bookings will be acknowledged and participants advised of final details. If minimum numbers are not achieved, alternative arrangements or a complete refund of the published tour price will be made.

Maximum Numbers
The number of participants on ALL tours is limited and places will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of payment.
Minimum Numbers
All tours are based on a minimum number of participants. If minimum numbers are not reached, alternative arrangements or a complete refund will be made.
Airfares
Domestic airfares are not included in the ground cost of the tour. Our in-house travel agent will provide a quote for your domestic flights; please contact Congress Managers for information on suggested flights.
Cancellation Fees
Prior to 1 February 2010, full refund less A$100.00 administration fee. After this date no refunds will be applicable.
Late Fees
If bookings are received for post tours after 1 February 2010, a late fee of A$100.00 per booking will be applicable.
